GENERAL TERMS AND
CONDITION FOR RENTING VILLA BORIĆ
& VILLA OLIVA
DELIVERY OF THE
PROPERTY
Article 1
Each Property
(Villa Boric & Villa Oliva) are available from 12:00h on the agreed
date. Please allow 2-3 hours for necessary cleaning matters.
Article 2
On arrival the Guest will meet the local Service Provider
(Mistral Tours) in the premises of this agency which are located in the
center of Stari Grad. In special cases (to be agreed with the Service
Provider) the representative of this agency will meet the Guest on the
ferry peer. The Guest will communicate any delay directly to the Service
Provider by a telephone call.
Article
3
The balance of the payment must be paid to the owner not
later than two weeks before the start of the rental period. The Guest
will pay the residential fee to the Service Provider upon arrival in
Stari Grad.
Article 4
Upon arrival, the Guest must give to the Service Provider
the travel documents of all occupants for completing the administrative
procedures. The Service Provider will return the documents back as soon
as possible and at least within 5 days.
Article 5
The Service Provider delivers the Property clean and
ready for use, complete with bedding that will be changed weekly.
Article 6
If there are some damages in the Property, the Guest must
inform the Service Provider within 48 hours from arrival.
Article 7
The Guest must
leave the Property before 12:00h on the day indicated in the Contract
and leave the keys to the Service Provider.
USAGE OF THE
PROPERTY
Article 8
Upon arrival in the Property the guest will leave a
deposit of Euro 200.- to the Service Provider. The deposit will be fully
refunded to the guest at the end of the rental period subject to no
damage on the property.
Article 9
The Guest will
use the Property without damaging furniture and other things. Any damage
or breakage in the Property will be charged from the deposit.
Article 10
The Service Provider will resolve any problem during the
whole rental period that could obstruct the normal usage of the
Property.
Article 11
The Owner will not change for any reason the price of
rent indicated in the Contract (if the period, number of persons or pets
doesn't change) neither will ask any other payment for the rent of
Apartment (use of electricity ...). The residential tax is not included
in the rental fee.
Article 12
In case the Guest wants to permit more persons than
indicated in the Contract to use the Property the Guest must ask the
Owner for the permission.
Article 13
The Guest will not disturb the neighborhood; otherwise,
the Service Provider can terminate the Contract without any obligation
to provide refund.
CANCELLATION -
CHANGE OF CONTRACT DETAILS
Article 14
If the Guest cancels the rental contract within six weeks
from the agreed begin of the rental period the Owner (Darko Antic) will
keep the complete prepaid amount. If the Guest cancels the contract
earlier than six weeks before the start of the rental period the Owner
will return the complete prepayed amount.
Article 15
All data
indicated in Contract (number of persons, arrival and departure data...)
can be changed only if approved by the Owner and the Guest. Otherwise,
all data must be respected as indicated in the Contract. The entire
agreed rental fee must be paid even in the cases when:

the
Property is used by less persons than indicated by Contract,
-
The
Guest is late on arrival and starts the rental period with one ore more
days of delay,
Article 17
If the Guest renounces to rent the house or does not
appear within 48 hours from the planned arrival date, he loses the
complete prepaid amount.
Article 18
The Owner will
refund the money advance to the Guest increased by postal (or bank)
costs that he had to send the money advance if:
-
he
doesn't allow the use of the Property to the Guest or cancels the
Contract
-
the
description of the Property does not match the actual situation of the
Property and because of that the Guest decides to renounce the rent of
the Property.
Article 19
If the Guest must terminate the usage of the Property for
any private reason and leaves it before the agreed departure date
indicated in the Contract, the Owner is not obliged to refund the days
the Guest will not use.
PETS
Article 20
No pets are
allowed in both Properties.
