Please contact the owner for full details on this travel arrangement.

From almost all major European cities there are direct flights to Zagreb from where a regular transfer to Split is available. There are also direct flights to Split from Amsterdam, Düsseldorf and Rome. For more information please visit the site of Croatia Airlines www.croatiaairlines.hr.

  • Arriving to Stari Grad (island Hvar)

The easiest way to get to Stari Grad is by ferryboat from Split (+/-1,5h), the night fast coastal line (ferryboat) from Rijeka (+/-10h) or the night international line (ferryboat) from Ancona in  Italy (only in summer season). For more details on timetables please visit the site of www.jadrolinija.hr.

The ship arrives in a small, isolated, ferry terminal just outside Stari Grad (see picture below) from which it takes only 15 min on foot or by car to get to Villa Boric.

  • Getting from ferry terminal to Villa Boric

    • On foot: Just outside the ferry turn to the left and cross the car parking diagonally where a pleasant footpath under the pine trees and along the seaside will take you right to the beach from which the villa is only 50m away (see the map below).

                   Situation of the ferry pier

  • By car: After embarkation follow the sign indicating Stari Grad (you need to turn left). After about 200m driving up the hill there is a crossroad (shown on the map below) where you need to turn left again to the old main island road.

Follow this road for about 1km until you reach the street on your left side that will take you to the small pier in the city of Stari Grad. There you need to turn left again and drive along the seaside towards the beach. Note that near the beach is a recreation area, but you are allowed to drive there. Just after passing a signaling light for ships on the beach, take the steep road uphill on your left. Villa Boric is number 94.
