The villa, a 20 year old private home, has been recently completely refurbished with loving attention to providing comfortable stay. It is equipped with everything necessary to spend a holiday regardless the season.

 

The accommodation is arranged as a single living area on one floor with a large garage underneath. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge and a full range of cooking equipment) living area with a traditional stone fireplace, hi-fi stereo, electric heater (for winter season) and a dining area with a table and six chairs. It is also possible to have the meals outside on the terrace enjoying the view of the sea and under the shade of the olive trees.

 

There is no TV in the house.

There are two good sized fully furnished double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds),  wardrobe, bedside tables and lights and a bathroom with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower.

The house itself has a living area of 55 m², additional  40 m² of terraces and a large garage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In front of the house is a magnificent balcony along the full length of the house and overlooking the sea and pine woods. The resort is surrounded with vineyards, pine and olive trees, lavender, rosemary and heather, things you will find only on the island of Hvar.

The beach is only 50 m away (click on the image below) while the city center is on 10-15 min walking distance.

Note that the whole villa is at your disposal. There are no hosts or other guests sharing the resort. The hosts are at your disposal only when you require assistance.

Depending on the precise sleeping arrangements, up to 6 people can be accommodated.

Duvets, duvet covers, bed linen, pillows, towels and tea towels are provided. There is no washing machine but laundry matters can be arranged with the host.
 

 

• Villa Oliva

Villa Oliva is a 25 year old private home which was recently completely refurbished and refurnished (March 2005). Just as Villa Borić it facilitates everything necessary for providing comfortable stay to 2-4 persons regardless the season.

The accommodation is arranged as a single living area on one floor with a large covered veranda behind the house. It comprises a fully equipped built-in kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge and a full range of cooking equipment) living area with a L-form sofa, hi-fi stereo, electric heater (for winter season) and a dining area with a table and four chairs. Due to the climate it is very convenient to have the meals outside either on the front terrace or behind the house on veranda.

Please note that Villa Oliva has no direct access by car. However, a parking lot is available 15 m from the house within the perimeter of Villa Boric.  

 

There is no TV in the house.

There is one good sized fully furnished bedroom with a twin sleeper while the sofa in the living room is also convertible into a normal size sleeper (1,5 m wide) for two persons. A modern wardrobe in the corridor provides sufficient storage place for 4 persons. Finally, the bathroom with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower.

The house itself has a living area of 45 m² and additional 35 m² of terraces and veranda.
